The Mississippi Diabetes Network is dedicated to partnering with communities, offering blood sugar, A1c, and blood pressure screenings. Beyond detection, we provide follow-up services and resources for those identified with these conditions.
What We Offer
Holistic Health Assessment: Through brief surveys, we assess individual health, providing resources for improvement.
Diabetes Solutions: Individuals with diabetes or pre-diabetes gain access to our Diabetes Solutions services and resources, leading to significant improvements in A1c, blood sugar, and overall well-being.

- Hidden Health Risks: Over HALF of adults in Mississippi have some form of diabetes, often undetected until it's advanced.
- Prevention is Key: 40% of adults have pre-diabetes, but 80% are unaware. Identifying pre-diabetes early allows for preventive measures and reduces the risk of complications.
